I suffer from various back related issues due to a fairly sedentary job and poor posture.  I was already being treated by Joseph for my upper back and neck and then one day I suffered a lower back spasm after sitting at my desk for 12 hours.  I went in being barely able to walk and came out feeling like a new man.  Joseph is extremely knowledgable and professional in his approach, and his ability to manipulate a man significantly heavier than himself is also commendable. Joseph came highly recommended - and has exceeded all expectations; he’s awesome. I have a regular appointment to keep everything in check but he also addresses niggles as they come up. So I went to see Joseph at duston chiropractic where he did a magnificent job and  diagnosed the problem and got me going in a couple of sessions where I was almost back to normal. This is the first time I have used a chiropractor and I am so pleased my google search landed on Joseph.  I have now had three sessions and each one has produced great results and I am recovering so quickly. The impressive thing is is that I appear to be resolving more than just my lower back issue. Having suffered 15 years with a diagnosed lower back herniation and a middle back problem that was basically ignored by the doctors I'd pretty much given up on ever getting any better. It was always the same solution from the NHS, pain killers and anti inflammatorys. After a particularly bad spell left me off work I tried Duston chiropractors. At the suggestion of a friend. What Joseph has done for me in 3 visits so far has been nothing short of brilliant. I've been able to return to work. I've regained proper mobility and no longer require painkillers everyday.
